Elks name Sugden as top teacher

A teacher from Hacker Middle School, along with students from the Mountain Home School District, earned top honors during the Elks Lodge awards banquet held earlier this month.

During the May 3 ceremony, the lodge named Raegan Sugden its teacher of the year.

A fifth grade science and reading teacher at Hacker Middle School, she won the annual award for her involvement and support in local Elks activities.
