Reward offered for local arsons

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a series of arson fires at port-a-potties in the city parks.

Five of the city's port-a-potties have been torched since Feb. 3, when the first incident was reported at Richard Aguirre Park.

Are the persons that keep putting soap in the fountain at the corner of 18th and Urwin streets in the same category as the arsonists?
