Rhonda Portlock
Rhonda Lou Portlock, 54, of Mountain Home, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at a Boise care center.
No formal services are planned. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Rhonda resided in Idaho for most of her adult life. She loved to camp and fish, always welcoming anyone to join her.
As a lover of the outdoors, she flourished in the summer time. Rhonda enjoyed working in her lawn and her gardening, rarely indoors once the weather turned warm.
Rhonda always made each holiday special. She celebrated with beautiful decorations and large gatherings inviting all the friends and family.
She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
Rhonda is survived by two daughters, Michelle Edmonson and Vicki Portlock, two sons and their wives, Gary and Misty Edmonson and John and Crystal Portlock, her mother, Janet Louise Hamlin, three brothers, Guy Hamlin, Everett Hamlin and Denvil Hamlin, and her sister Kat Nicely. She was blessed with 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Hamlin.
