Kids' concert was a joy to behold

Dear editor:

I have sat through many elementary choir concerts in my life, but I have never been as magically entertained as I was last Thursday night.

My granddaughter had her second-grade concert at North Elementary and I was even more impressed with Robin Milligan than I was in the previous two concerts. It was truly amazing to see the energy, enthusiasm, and creativity Ms. Milligan displayed.

You could tell her young students were as energetic as she was and their faces showed tremendous pride in their performance. I had such a feeling of gratitude for Ms. Milligan as she began the concert with the "Pledge of Allegiance" and the entire gymnasium sang the "National Anthem." It was such a beautiful sound to hear and a great beginning to the best concert ever!
