Pray things work out for doctors
Dear editor:
It is very hard for me to write this letter, since I do not know all the facts for letting Dr. Scott Baldridge go.
I pray that both sides can try to work things out. I hate to see a good doctor leave the area, as good doctors are hard to find.
I have been a patient of Dr. Baldridge for several years now, including time while he was in the Air Force, so I was very pleased to find out that he was going to be practicing at Trinity Mountain. I truly understand how those feel that have to find transportation to Boise for appointments.
Dr. Baldridge is a very caring, compassionate doctor, which I'm sure others feel the same way, too. He truly listens to his patients, and I mean actually listen to what we have to say, about how we feel, what hurts, where it hurts, and anything out of the ordinary. He takes the time to pay attention to us. I have really appreciated him taking the time to work with me and figure out some issues going on and referring me to other specialists to assist in getting the issues resolved.
Dr. Scott Baldridge also works with non-English speaking patients, that is definitely an asset and benefit to our community.
I pray that all concerned can sit down and come to a workable solution for all so that we can keep good doctors in Mountain Home.
