We must keep these two fine physicians

Dear editor:

Today we picked up our newspaper from the mail box as we do every Wednesday and the first section I always look in is "Letters To The Editor." Today I got a real shock.

Most of the letters in there were about Drs. Baldridge and Jeffrey possibly leaving Trinity Mountain Clinic due to non-renewal of their contracts. If this is true and they leave for this reason, this will be a great loss to all their patients and Mountain Home as well as the surrounding area.

Dr. Baldridge has been my doctor and my husband's for a good many years. We have been extremely happy with the medical care he has given us. He is interested in our health and overall wellbeing and takes time to explain his treatments for our ailments.

We are real people to him, not just names on a folder, and he cares about us.

We care about him, also. He is a special person and a caring competent doctor. I truly hope agreements can be made and everyone will come out winners, doctors, patients and community alike.
