Auxiliary Tea slated for Oct. 3

The Elmore Medical Center Auxiliary will host its Annual Fall Tea on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 1-3 p.m., at a new location from year's past-- Greens Nursery and Gifts, 210 N. Haskett.

The event is the kick off for the Auxiliary's annual calendar of events that run from September through May. The EMC Auxiliary has been in existence since 1956. Auxiliary volunteers provide many valuable hours of volunteer service to the hospital and long term care unit.

Anyone interested in learning more about the EMC Auxiliary or who just want to show their support are welcome to attend the tea.

To add to the festive atmosphere of the event hats and gloves are appropriate but not required.
