Fair seeks Mr./Miss entrants

The Elmore County Fair is trying to revive the "Mr and Miss Elmore County Fair" contest, according to fair manager Shae Burns.

The event formerly was known as the Little Miss Elwyhee contest, but was dropped a couple years ago by the Elwyhee Business Association, which had been sponsoring it.

That contest was for toddlers, but fair officials are attempting to see if there is any interest, and has opened it to all ages from infant to age 18.
