Four year old wins beauty title

Janalee Martinez, 4, daughter of Efren and Nadia Martinez of Grand View, was crowned queen at the Sunburst beauty pageant held Nov. 9 at the Karcher Mall in Nampa.

She competed in the 4- to 5-year-old age group and for the second year in a row won the queen's crown, along with a medal for best hair.

She will now advance to the Tri-state finals, which will be held at the Fremont Resort in Montana May 21-23.
