Nine juveniles will be charged in Thanksgiving Day arson fire
Two juveniles have been arrested and charged with arson in the Thanksgiving Day fire at Los Primos restaurant, and another seven have been interviewed by police and will be charged in connection with the case.
All of those involved, both boys and girls, are between the ages of 13 and 17.
A 15-year-old male has been charged already with first-degree arson and unlawful entry in connection with the fire that was started in the basement of the Main Street business.
A 14-year-old male also has been charged with third-degree arson and unlawful entry in connection with the case.
A police spokesperson said the other seven juveniles will be charged with related crimes, but "without aggravating circumstances."
The cases are all expected to be adjudicated in juvenile court, so the final disposition of the cases will not be available to the public.
As part of the investigation into the arson police also recovered a stolen .22 caliber rifle from the home of one of the suspects.
Police are continuing to investigate the case and other charges are possible.
