Juan M. Serratos-Arellano, 37, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving under the influence, (12/11/99 case).
Arellano was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended), placed on one year probation, placed into a treatment program, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $400 ($400 suspended) plus $199 in court costs. Arellano had a charge of failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (12/11/99 case) dismissed by the prosecutor.
Jose R. Sierra, 36, was found guilty for driving under the influence, (2/5/00 case). The case has been withheld.
Jason D. Root, 27, was found guilty for the possession of a controlled substance, (10/15/04 case). Root was sentenced to 60 days in jail (50 days suspended, one day credited, 9 days work release), placed on one year probation and fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) plus $737 in court costs.
Root had a charge of the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, (10/15/04 case), dismissed by the prosecutor.
Root was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to 5 days in jail, (3/27/06 case).

Waters had an amended charge of the possession of a controlled substance (12/13/07 case-amended to the possession, use or influence of marijuana/paraphernalia by a minor), dismissed by the prosecutor.
Alfredo G. Catolico, 19, was found guilty of reckless driving (1/6/08 case). Catolico was sentenced to 15 days in jail (13 days suspended), placed on 1 year probation and fined $500 ($250 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Salvador Manruguez, (age unknown), was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/4/08 case). Manruguez was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Robert Blayney, 37, was found guilty for failure to notify upon striking fixtures on a highway (2/7/08 case). Blayney was fined $115.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Josiah D. Gliddon, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (2/7/08 case). Gliddon was fined $75.50.
Marshall Carruthers I, 25, was found guilty for the wasteful destruction and the mutilation of wildlife (1/14/08 case). Carruthers was fined $125 plus $88 in court costs.
Phillip A. Mashak, 22, was found guilty for the failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/9/08 case). Mashak was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Francisco Garcia-Pulido, 24, was found guilty for a violation of his drivers or commercial drivers license,(2/9/08 case). Pulido was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Michael Allen Barningham, 23, was found guilty for dogs running at large (2/11/08 case). Barningham was fined $15.50 plus $41.50 in court costs.
Richard N. Purdy, 43, was found guilty (2/14/08 case) of driving without priviledges. Purdy was sentenced to five days in jail (two days credited), had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $300 plus $90.50 in court costs. Purdy was found guilty for operating without liability insurance (2/14/08 case). Purdy was fined $150.
Isidro Saucedo-Martinez, 30, was found guilty for the failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (2/16/08 case). Martinez was sentenced to five days in jail (four days credited) and fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Jose L. Nava-Martinez, 27, had a charge of driving without privileges -- 3 offenses, (2/18/08 case), dismissed by the court.
