McNeal: Thanks to all

Dear editor:

I want to congratulate Mayor Elect Tom Rist and his wonderful wife, Shirley. His team ran a great campaign and I promise a smooth transition and all the help he needs to move into the mayor's office.

I thank all the people of Mountain Home for giving me the opportunity to serve you. I want to also thank my supporters of the last four years; for all the prayers, kindness and your vote.

To the city employees, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the city. I know you will keep the same attitude working with Mayor-elect Tom Rist.

Last, but not least, to my wonderful wife Mildred -- you are the best and you complete me. To my family, we are a great family and I love you all.
