Magistrates Court
Lucas Green, (age unknown), had a charge of battery that was dismissed by the prosecutor.
Shanna R. Schnabl, 28, had a charge of driving without privileges. Schnabl pleaded guilty, served a seven day jail sentence (credited 2 days) and had her driver's license suspended for 180 days.
Schnabl also failed to maintain liability insurance. Schnabl pleaded guilty and served two days in jail.
Schnabl failed to appear for misdemeanor citation, that resulted in a two day jail sentence, and contempt of court charge that added on three more days of jail time (13 days credited).
Cara L. Keim, 20, had a charge of driving-racing on public highway. Keim was found guilty and ordered to pay $150 in fines plus $72.50 in court costs.
Stephen J. McCain, 18, had a charge of driving under the influence (excessive) amended to a misdemeanor DUI. McCain was found guilty and had his driver's license suspended for 180 days, order to serve 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, put on 12 months probation and assessed $600 in fines plus $87.50 in court costs.
Aaron C. Cornell, 46, had a charge of assault (domestic violence) and a charge of "telephone failure to relinquish emergency/fraud procure," both dismissed by the prosecutor.
Daniel K. Basinger, 22, had a charge of reckless driving amended to inattentive/careless driving. Basinger was found guilty, ordered to serve a 15 day jail sentence, with 15 days suspended, put on 8 months probation and assessed $300 in fines plus $72.50 in courts costs
Ronnie J. Hazuka, 55, had a charge of battery dismissed by the prosecutor.
Rocky L. Vitale, 52, had a charge of driving under the influence that was amended to reckless driving. Vitale pleaded guilty, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended (2 days credited), and fined $300 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Jo Ann Deurbrouck, 44, pled guilty to a charge of inattentive/careless driving and ordered to pay $300 in fines plus $75.50 in court costs.
Jose L. Burgara, 44, pleaded guilty to a charge of fishing-unlawful method, means, place, time, amount possessed. He was ordered to pay $100 in fines plus $83 in court costs.
Eric Edward Lambert, 18, pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to a stop at an accident involving damage and leaving the the scene of an accident.
Pedro E. Ortiz-Pedroza, 21, pleaded guilty to charge of driving without privileges. Ortiz was sentenced to two days in jail, ordered to pay $250 in fines plus $90.50 in court costs, and had his drivers license suspended for 180 days.
Samantha R. Smith, 20, was found guilty of a charge of charge of road closure restriction violations and ordered to pay $23 in fines plus $83 in court costs.
Ramiro O. Pedroza, 18, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of an alcoholic beverage, consuming of the beverage and purchasing of the beverage as a minor. He was ordered to pay $150 in fines plus $75.50 in court costs, had his drivers license suspended for 30 days and put on 6 months probation.
Gonzalo Sanchez-Sanchez, 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of an alcoholic beverage, consuming of the beverage and purchasing of the beverage as a minor.
Billy Reeves, 54, was charged with a motor carrier department law enforcement rules violation. Reeves was found guilty and ordered to pay fines of $43.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
Samuel Havens, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence.
Jerry T. Edwards, 64, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence.
David Gasser, 50, pleaded guilty to a charge of misdemeanor battery.
Charles Sittniewski III, (age unknown), pleaded guilty to a charge of inattentive/careless driving. He was ordered to pay $300 in fines plus $75.50 in court costs.
Anabel Lopez-Hernandez, 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance and ordered to pay $150 in fines plus $75.50 in court costs.
Thomas J. Billinger, 16, was charged with failure to purchase a driver's license, and holding an invalid license. Billinger was found guilty and ordered to pay $68.50 in fines plus $75.50 in court costs.
Joses De Jesus Loera, 27, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving without privileges, which was amended to failure to purchase a license and holding an invalid license.He was ordered to pay $300 in fines, $99.50 in court costs, and sentenced to 2 days in jail.
Marcos A. Hernandez, 17, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession/consuming and purchasing of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, put on 6 months probation, had his drivers license suspended for 30 days, and ordered to pay $150 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.
Shawn David Hassell, 21, was found guilty of constant disturbing sounds of an animal and ordered to pay $68 in fines.
Randel L. Bean, 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving without privileges, sentenced to two days in jail, ordered to pay $250 in fines and $90.50 in court costs and had his license suspended for 180 days. Bean also was charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, which was dismissed by the prosecutor.
Aquiar Clement Martinez was found guilty on a charge of a driver's license or commercial drivers license violation and ordered to pay $68.50 in fines plus $75.50 in court costs.
Dixie E. Mills, 22, was found guilty of a charge of constant disturbing sounds of any animal and ordered to pay $68 in fines.
Steve F. Handy, 25, had a charge of driving without privileges dismissed by the prosecutor.
Kevin L. Dionne, 25, pleaded guilty to a charge of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and ordered to pay $150 in fines plus $85.50.
Johnathan D. Simons, 44, was charged with a law enforcement motor carrier department rules violation. Simons was found guilty and ordered to pay $43.50 in fines and $75.50 in court costs.
Justin L. Reta, 16, was charged with hunting, trapping or fishing without a license. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $26 in fines.
