Joseph Anthony Flores, 27, had a felony charge for theft by receiving/possessing stolen property that was dismissed by the prosecutor. He was ordered to pay restitution of $10,230.92.
Magistrate's Court
Lucas T. Guy, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for a probation violation. He was sentenced to one day jail time.
Jonathan K. Ring, 20, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time with five days suspended. Ring had fines of $200 with $125 suspended and he had court costs of $72.50.
Joseph L. Kaiser, 39, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for contempt of court. He was sentenced to five days jail time with four days suspended and he was credited with one day. Kaiser was placed on probation for six months.
Jaime Rios, Jr., 18, pleaded guilty to an amended misdemeanor for improper or unsafe lane change. He had fines of $20.50 and court costs of $41.50.
Rios pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges for exhibition of a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon. Both charges were dismissed by the prosecutor.

Adrian L. Richards, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for possession, distribution, or use of tobacco by a minor. He was sentenced to 10 days jail time with eight days suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Richards had fines of $300 with $150 suspended and he had court costs of $99.50.
