Thomas P. Gaber, 25, had an amended misdemeanor for a driving offense by someone owning/controlling a vehicle that was dismissed by the court. He had forfeited bonds of $100.
Glen M. Brenenstahl, 53, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. The disposition was withheld.
Rachel Marie Ohlsen, 16, had a misdemeanor charge for unlawful overtaking and passing of a school bus that was dismissed by the prosecutor. She had forfeited bonds of $75.
Sara DL Tapia, 15, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. She had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.
Julian Soliz, 17, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for possession, consumption, or purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. His drivers license was suspended for 90 days. Soliz had fines of $150 and court costs of $72.50.
Eugene Garcia III, 31, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for inattentive/careless driving. He had fines of $100 and court costs of $72.50.
Juan Martinez-Martinez, 20, was found guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to purchase/invalid drivers license. He had fines of $68.50 and court costs of $72.50.
