Paris to wed Payne

Randy Paris and Kathy Mattox of Phoenix, Ariz., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Patricia A. Paris, to Jeremy D. Payne, son of Gary and Tina Payne of Mountain Home.

The couple will wed Aug. 6 in Legacy Park, followed by a reception there beginning at 5 p.m.
