Ciccone gets life without parole
Wednesday, June 8, 2005
Albert Ciccone was sentenced by Fourth District Judge Mike Wetherell to life without parole in the killing of his pregnant wife, Kathleen, Tuesday afternoon, just as the Mountain Home New was going to press.
Ciccone ran his wife down with their car on a rural road near Tipanuk in October 2003, following an argument. The couple had been separated at the time, after having been married only a few weeks before.
Complete details will be carried in next week's issue.
Ciccone also received a 15-year prison sentence for second-degree murder in the death of the couple's fetus.
