Aug 25, 2021 The Mountain Home News had the opportunity to get out and cover more live meetings, events, and activities this summer due to the extra help I have had. Earlier in the summer, I hired two young men that I knew would be leaving to return to college. It was a blessing for me, but the time has come that we must say goodbye and send them off with a big Thank You, and the very best of wishes, and know you will be deeply missed here in the office...

In high school I hadn’t really seen the city, didn’t know how things were ran or even where City Hall was located.
