The Mountain Home News had reported when we first began following this case, the arrest of Donald R. Schultz on July 19 2019 on multiple charges in the disappearance of John Michael Looney. The City of Mountain Home, according to a phone conversation with Mayor Rich Sykes will be placing NO restrictions on Trick or Treating for Halloween on October 31st. Sykes commented that “it is not what small government is supposed to do” in regards to the Mountain Home News inquiring on any guidelines. ...
