Walter J. Doty was born August 13, 1960 in Caldwell to Vivian Courtright (Helsel) and James Doty. At 59 years young he passed away peacefully at home in Glenns Ferry surrounded by family. Due to social restrictions a funeral service will not be held, however, the family will plan a celebration of life sometime this summer.
