Senior Center holds ‘Meet the Candidates’ Forum

The Mountain Home Senior Center held its "Meet the Candidate" Political Forum on Oct. 17th. All local candidates in a contested race were in attendance and a large crowd came out to ask questions of them. I want to thank the Elmore County Extension Office with the 4-H program and the Friends of the Library for a fun and educational Saturday with my grandson. The Extension office held their event at their office from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. and the Friends of the Library held theirs at Legacy Park from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Great timing for adults and children to go to both and spend an enjoyable afternoon...
