The Masonic Lodge hosted the Guns & Hoses community event at Optimist Park on Friday, Aug. 24. The softball game was held as a "thank you" to the communities first responders in the both the city and county. On Aug. 25 Mountain Home's Cross Country team traveled to Ponderosa State Park in McCall to compete in the Dash and Splash. Teams were not scored and the runners did not run as Mountain Home Tigers.
