Fire crews have responded to ten lightning ignited fires within our coverage area today (8-17-18). Three of the fires are located approximately 10 miles north of Glenns Ferry. The Alkie, Benny and Big C fires have no estimated time of containment or control at this time and at the last press release they were estimated to have already burnt over 500 acres of land combined...
