Mardi Gras Bingo at Catholic church

Our Lady of Good Counsel held its annual Mardi Gras Bingo fundraiser on Feb. 9 at Good Counsel Hall. The evening was sponsored by Mother Cabrini Sodality from Lady of Good Counsel as a project. FFA receives grant to build greenhouse

County farmer David Olson directed a $2,500 to Mountain Home Future Farmers of America club as part of the America’s Farmers Grow Communities program, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund. Tigers' boys basketball wrapping up the season

The Mountain Home High School boys' basketball team had a rough season with an overall record of 5-15. On Friday Feb. 9, the team took on top-ranked Bishop Kelly Knights in the last "Black Out" game of the season. Between the junior varsity game and the varsity game, the school honored the seniors of the team with the presentation of a shadow box to commemorate their hard work and dedication to the team. ...
