MHHS swim team qualifies two for state in first year as sanctioned sport (High School Sports ~ 11/09/17)
This fall high school swimmers throughout Idaho competed in Idaho High School Athletics Association sanctioned meets for the first time. Talkin' Tigers bring home even more trophies from Rocky Mountain tournament (Local News ~ 11/09/17)
The Mountain Home Talkin’ Tigers won four of the 20 events held at the Rocky Mountain Speech and Debate Tournament held in Meridian on November 2-3. A total of 18 high schools attended the two day tournament and the Talkin’ Tigers boasted four event winners headed by overall team captain Lexi Ogaard’s victory in Dramatic Interpretation. Liz and Peter tie the knot (Wedding ~ 11/09/17)
Elizabeth "Liz" Griffeath and Peter Chetney, both from Coos Bay, OR, were united in marriage on Sept. 2, 2017 at 6 p.m. The wedding featured colors of navy blue and burgundy in a wooded setting just outside of Coquille, OR. The bride's niece, Abigail Griffeath, played the role of ring bearer and flower girl. The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and now resides in Coos Bay, OR...
