On Oct. 19 the Mountain Home High School Cross County team competed at the District Meet at Eagle Island State Park. The girls placed third, sending the entire girls varsity team to the state championship. Clayton Dean Colthorp, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017. On October 28, 2017, Summer A. Gates and Glen H. Yost, IV were blessed with the birth of their son Sebastian Angel Yost. Sebastian was in a hurry to meet his loving family was born too soon passing away only moments later. There will be private service held at the American Legion Hall. Sebastian’s family would like to give special thanks to our loving community and Sebastian’s Great-great-grandma Kristina Young for their help in these hard times...

Vicki Jo Campbell, age 68, of Mountain Home, passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at St. Lukes Hospital, in Boise.
