Ruthada Powell of Mountain Home, Idaho, died on May 22, 2017, in her home with her daughter, Connie Abie, and her sister, Margaret Bryson by her side. Ruthada was born on June 24, 1931, in Payne, Idaho, and was a resident of Mountain Home for over 40 years.
