Elks offering scholarships Representatives with the Mountain Home Elks Lodge announced plans to offer three scholarships to graduating seniors in the local area. The Past Exalted Rulers will present a $500 scholarship to a Mountain Home senior planning to attend a vocational-technical or trade school during the 2017 to 2018 academic year.
