Men face mayhem charges

--UPDATE-- The Idaho Supreme Court Data Repository had not been updated yesterday at press time. Court documents filed at the Elmore County Court House state a motion to dismiss was granted to the prosecution as of Jan. 24. The victim was unable to be located to serve as a witness. Due to the uncooperative nature of the witness the prosecutor's office asked for a dismissal of the felony mayhem charge.
