Local dentist scheduled to stand trial for lewd conduct

Local dentist Dr. John Goodrich is expected to stand trial on charges of sexual misconduct following a preliminary hearing held Thursday morning. Goodrich, 57, faces a single count of lewd conduct with child under the age of 16. Jets belong at Mountain Home Air Force Base, not Boise

Dear editor, This guest opinion is in response to the Sept. 30 headline "A third runway" that was part of the article "An airport at a crossroads" in the Idaho Statesman. There is no possible way a third runway for F-15s and F-35s could be constructed at or near the Boise Airport without the noise destroying our Bench community, not to mention the millions of taxpayer dollars that it would cost to build it...

Candidates air issues during political forum
