Monasterio took to one knee as the other members of his group bowed in reverence. An Elmore County woman has tested positive for West Nile virus, becoming the first person in the state to contract the disease this year. According to a press statement released by the Central District Health Department on Friday, the woman, who was reported to be in her 30s, is at home recovering from the virus...

Linda Stevenson Kromm, age 61, of Caldwell and formerly of Mountain Home, passed away at her home on July 19, 2016. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Caldwell Elks Lodge.
