Dear editor, Wow! How time flies! I can't believe that it's been 16 years since the taxpayers of Elmore County approved a bond to pay for a recreation center with pool, and here we are today -- 2016 -- and no closer than that dream in 2000. This WECRD board is a SCAM. They are giving away money to any group that asks for it; money that isn't theirs to give. Who in the county government is monitoring this?...
