Pet control issues raise concerns across city

Thursday was an especially busy day for Danniele Strain and her team. During their shift at the Mountain Home Animal Shelter, they had picked up seven dogs that were running loose through town with concerned citizens turning in two others. The story had a happy ending for six of those dogs, all of which had ID tags that had them quickly reunited them with their owners.
