Elsie C. Brown, 92 of Mountain Home, passed away on Feb. 16, 2016. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. Her upbeat sassy personality and her strong sense of family will be greatly missed. On Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel a viewing will be held from 5 to 5:45 p.m., and a Rosary will begin at 6 p.m. On Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016, a Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, and burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
