Officials at Mountain Home Air Force Base are gearing up for a large-scale training exercise next month that's expected to temporarily block access to satellite-based navigation signals. A Hammett man reported missing Thursday evening was found safe Friday morning. Francis Lee House, 76, was located in a field around 11:30 a.m. approximately one mile from his home. Additional details were not immediately available.
