Citizen launches effort to seek financial boost for local school district

Buildings in the Mountain Home School District have a number of structural problems that are keeping students from being able to focus on their studies. Mike Fulford hopes to find ways to help tackle these concerns. Last week, he started a personal effort to reach out to elected officials and corporations across the state.
