Helen Jean (Fisher) Parkkila, age 67 of Mountain Home, beloved wife of William (Bill), passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at a Boise hospital from complications associated with COPD. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
