Dear editor, A cat was brought to me Saturday night. It was nothing but skin and bones. It was starved. I took it to Idaho Humane Society Sunday morning; it died on the way. This beautiful cat died of starvation. You people out there, please get traps from the Mountain Home Animal Shelter when you see these cats wandering in your area. Don't let this happen again!...
