Dabid Ivarra "Bobby" Martinez, age 13 of Mountain Home, died in an automobile crash on Friday, May 8, 2015. Hundreds of students, parents and teachers gathered at Mountain Home Junior High School to honor two teens that died in a crash two days earlier. The candlelight vigil on Sunday evening was organized through social media as people came together to grieve and provide support.

Glenn Andrew Ryan, age 83 of Mountain Home, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015, at a Boise hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, and burial will follow at 1 p.m. at the Idaho Veterans Cemetery in Boise. Glenn was born Nov. 20, 1931, in Tacoma, Wash. He grew up during the Depression and World War II. Life was tough, and food was scarce.
