Richard Albert Bassett, age 80 of Mountain Home, passed away Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, at a Boise hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Louis "Lou" Byron Howard Sr., 76, passed away at his home on Jan. 19, 2015, in Glenn's Ferry. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Glenns Ferry. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

Jean Arlene (Lewis) Watkins (Grandma), age 97, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015 at a local hospital. Services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., and funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
