Between the borders, the illegals, troops overseas, race riots, the IRS and a dozen other things, it's tough to know where to start...

The shelves at local area food banks are full once again. In the weeks leading up to the holidays, local businesses and citizens banded together to donate and collect thousands of pounds of food to help those less fortunate. Mauer ousted as hospital administrator (Local News ~ 12/03/14)
Hospital administrator Greg Mauer was released last week from the position he has held for more than 18 years. The decision was made by the St. Luke's Western Regional Board, which provides ultimate supervision over St. Luke's Elmore. Mauer had technically been an employee of St. Luke's since his first day on the job, long before the merger two years ago. Bobby Collett (Obituary ~ 12/03/14)
Bobby Dan Collett was born in Paul, Idaho, on Sept. 13, 1925, to Dan and Vernetta Collett. He passed on Dec. 1, 2014, at home in Oreana, after battling cancer. Bob went to school at Glenns Ferry, Idaho. He served on the Casablanca in WWII, touring the South Pacific. He was injured and spent some time in the base hospital in Hawaii. That is where he was when the war ended...
