Thomas Waters, 77, of Mountain Home, passed away on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at his home following an illness. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
