The annual Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer Breakfast will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, beginning at 8 a.m. at the Elks Lodge, 325 S. 3rd West St. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $15 per person and dress is business casual. The Mountain Home Tigers hope to continue their successful wrestling season when they return to action this weekend at the Buhl invitational. The Tigers had a great December, going 12-2 in duals and winning the Nyssa, Ore., Calhoun Classic, and finishing second at the Bonneville Duals tourney...

Pamella K. Braithwaite of Mountain Home passed away peacefully on Jan. 6, 2014, at the age of 60. Pam was born in Idaho Falls on Jan. 18, 1953, to Donna and Ray Knudsen. She loved bowling, cooking, golfing, nature, gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren...
