Elmore county rodeo royalty wins first place in Boise Holiday parade for their entry in the horse division. pictured is the Sr queen Arisha Karren, Teen Queen Jessica Ruffing, Jr Queen Keagan Reynolds, Princess Kynlee Trujillio. The Royalty had their horses decked out with beautiful Christmas flowers garland bells and even antlers.
