On April 10, 2013, Dallas Dee Orr, 59, of Caldwell, Idaho, passed into a restful sleep after a valiant fight with pancreatic cancer. Dallas was born on a winter day Dec. 28, 1953, to Frank L. and Mary E. (Dell) Orr of Rupert, Idaho. He was raised on a farm in Rupert and attended Minico High School.
