A Mountain Home man was arrested Sunday evening in connection with a break-in and arson case involving the local Paul's Market. James D. Greenfield, 25, contacted city police around 6 p.m. Sunday, stating he was the "person of interest" in the photos released to the media concerning the alleged crimes.

William "Bill" Mabry of Mountain Home passed away peacefully on Jan. 23, 2013, just three days shy of his 84th birthday. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. Bill on born on Jan. 26, 1929, in Reading, Penn., to Clara and William Mabry. After attending school in Reading, Bill enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country in French Morocco and on the island of Malta...

On Jan. 23, 2013, George Michael Menzik, surrounded by his loving wife and five children, passed away after a long illness. George was born May 29, 1935, to Mary and George Kovick in Dowell, Ill. When George was 18 months old, his father passed away. ...

Mei Kirk, 71, of Mountain Home, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at a Boise hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Terry Joe Anderson, 51, of Mountain Home, passed away at home on Jan. 23, 2013, following an illness. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
