Man sentenced for failing to file as sex offender

Martin Daniel Atkins, Jr., 28, of Owyhee, Nev., was sentenced today to 21 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for failure to register as a sex offender, U.S. Attorney Wendy J.
