Decision on Saudi unit at base expected soon

City officials and the Air Force are anxiously awaiting a decision by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to place a training squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base. The Air Force and the Department of Defense have signed off on the agreement following months of negotiations to base the squadron here, which could have a major positive economic impact on this community. The kingdom is currently in the process of reviewing the final documents. A Saudi decision is expected before the end of this month...
