Mountain Home was host to one of a half dozen rallies around the state urging voters to fight proposed legislative cuts in Medicaid funding. Approximately 60 people attended the rally in Carl Miller Park Saturday to hear speakers describe how proposed cuts in the program would affect citizens of the state. In some cases, individuals who currently are living independently would be forced into state facilities if the cuts are approved, speakers said...
