Icy roads linked to interstate crash

Icy roads Sunday evening led to a serious, single-car accident near the Stage Stop on the interstate. Quinton M. Qualm, 37, of Mesa, Ariz., was traveling westbound when he lost control on the slick roads at milepost 71 around 7:45 p.m. His 2003 Chevrolet pickup went through the median, turned over on the driver's side and slid into the left lane of the east bound traffic before coming to a stop. The crash blocked the left lane for 90 minutes as emergency crews cleared the scene...

Dave Narasky passed away on November 18, 2010. He lived in Oroville, California. Dave was well-known to the Glenns Ferry community, especially when he was here to watch his grandson, Sam, play football, and his granddaughter, Alyssa, play softball.
